The combination of real-world experience in developing and implementing business, product and project plans plus the formal training of the MBA program has given me a solid foundation for developing and executing business plans.  I have the combination of technical and business expertise to address financial, development, operational and product issues.

Business planning activities I have performed include numerous products, ranging from a product database system through workstation graphics subsystems to segment plans for broad markets.

Recent activities include preparing the business plan for a company to develop and commercialize proteomics technology licensed from MIT, and then executing the early stages of the plan, as well as performing market analysis, feasibility analysis and developing a preliminary business plan for computer aided fixture design technology developed at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Other examples include developing a methodology and framework for software commercialization, aimed at software developed in university or industry labs.
