Eclipse
"Eclipse" was the internal name for the PowerStorm 4D30T graphics controller.
Based on the Evans & Sutherland RealImage 1000 graphics chipset, Eclipse was designed to offer higher performance than the CatEyes family at a lower cost.
The PowerStorm 4D30T was designed and manufactured by Digital Equipment, and was available in both PCI and AGP versions. The PCI version was developed for Alpha workstations, while the AGP version was used on Intel based workstations.
